Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies only to physical gold and silver coin orders. Digital gold and silver are not shipped — they are stored with MMTC-PAMP and reflected in your app.

1. What we deliver

Physical 24K gold coins and .999 silver coins in available denominations, ordered from your vault balance or via direct payment, subject to minimum-weight eligibility.

2. Delivery area & timelines

We deliver across serviceable PIN codes in India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Charges

Coin orders include a making charge and a delivery charge shown before you confirm. Free delivery may apply above a threshold shown at checkout.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via app notification and SMS. You can also track the order in the app.

5. Insurance & handover

Shipments are insured in transit until delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and verify the package; report any tampering or damage at the time of delivery and to support@dhathu.in within 24 hours.

6. Failed delivery

If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned and the value re-credited as vault grams or refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
